The Su platform is built by an experienced technical team specializing in OTA connectivity to ensure the system runs at a high level of efficiency. In addition, we provide a dedicated account manager and a fully trained support team available **24/6** to assist with any questions or issues you may have.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">**Is it a hassle to integrate a new piece of tech?**</mark>

The Su integration includes just **five mandatory APIs**, ensuring ease of setup and use for properties. A full integration typically takes **4–6 weeks** to complete.

Once the kick-off call with the support team is completed, you will have access to your sandbox account and can begin integrating immediately.
