Reporting - No Show (Booking.com & Goibibo)

You can report No Show booking for a specific hotel id with the reservation notification id or channel booking id. Property has up to 7 days post check-in to action No Show for Go-MMT and 48 hours' time for Booking.com.

hotelid alphanumeric (Required)

The unique property ID as assigned by the provider upon creation of the property.

NOTE

For the reporting APIs, the user must provide either channel_booking_id or reservation_notif_id. Both parameters must not be provided in the same request. See Sample 1 and Sample 2 below.

reservation_notif_id alphanumeric (Required)

The notification id of the reservation.

channel_booking_id alphanumeric (Required)

The unique id for the booking on channel.


report alphanumeric (Required)

The name of the report.
