To support these needs, we offer over 25+ APIs, each designed for a specific function, enabling seamless management of Channel Manager operations directly from your PMS. Whether you are building a basic integration or a more comprehensive solution, our APIs provide the flexibility and reliability required to connect, update, and synchronize data across platforms.
The APIs are organized into three functional categories based on their core functionality.
Mandatory APIs
A secure authentication mechanism that allows API access using a generated Token.
Create, update, or remove a property. Supports content such as images, amenities, descriptions, and more.
Create, update, or deactivate room types. Supports content such as images, amenities, descriptions, and related details.
Create, update, or deactivate rate plans.
APIs to push data for rates, inventory, and restrictions for room types and rate plans.
Retrieve bookings in your system. Bookings can either be pulled from Su or pushed via the partner’s webhook. Each booking is delivered in a predefined JSON format for processing on the partner side.

Mark Booking as No Show or Report Invalid CC/Cancel it due to Invalid CC
Collect and Respond to Messages of guests.
Collect and Respond to Reviews submitted by guests or review the guest.
Control ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) data for the same room and rate plan combination across multiple OTAs, while managing a base configuration across the platform.
Enables pushing different ARI data for the same room and rate plan combination to different OTAs, allowing channel-specific data updates.
Embed the complete mapping and/or booking page of the Channel Manager into your own interface as a pop-up.
Property Deactivation/Activation API
Activate or deactivate a property to control its live status and channel connectivity.
Permanently delete a property and all associated data from the system.
Su’s tokenization system, integrated with the payment gateway, allows you to securely save, view, charge, and tokenize credit card details.
